Dr. Anand R. Warrier is a highly accomplished and skilled medical professional with extensive expertise in Vascular Neurology and Interventional Neurology. Holding an impressive academic background, he completed his MBBS from Government Medical College, Kozhikode, Kerala, followed by MD in Internal Medicine from Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram. He further specialized in Neurology, earning a DM from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi. Dr. Warrier also pursued a Fellowship in Interventional Neuroradiology (FINR) from the University Hospital Zurich, where he excelled in various aspects of neurointerventional procedures.

With a career spanning over a decade, Dr. Warrier has served as a former Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurology at AIIMS, Rishikesh, and subsequently as a Fellow in the Department of Interventional Neuroradiology at the University Hospital, Zurich. Currently, he holds the position of Faculty at the Stroke & Neurointervention Foundation (SNIF) at Baby Memorial Hospital Pvt Ltd, Kozhikode, Kerala, where he serves as a Consultant Stroke & Interventional Neurologist.

Dr. Warrier's rich academic journey includes outstanding achievements, such as presentations at international conferences, including the World Stroke Congress and ABC WIN Neurointervention Conference. He actively contributed to the formulation of guidelines for Endovascular management of Acute Stroke with Prof. Dr. Shakir Husain. His research work and publications showcase his commitment to advancing knowledge in the field of neurology, with notable studies on autonomic dysfunction in acute stroke and the role of blood biomarkers in differentiating ischemic stroke and intracerebral hemorrhage.

As a dedicated member of various prestigious medical organizations, including the World Federation of Interventional & Therapeutic Neuroradiology (WFITN), Indian Academy of Neurology, World Stroke Organisation, and European Stroke Organisation, Dr. Warrier is committed to staying at the forefront of advancements in his field. He is also involved in academic activities, serving as a Course Faculty at the Kerala Interventional Neurology Conference and contributing as a Faculty in the Fellowship Program in Neurointervention at SNIF.
