Exclusions:

  • High risk pregnancies (Women with high-risk pregnancies can enrol in the Thalolam scheme. However, the concessions they can avail of and the maternity care charges may vary depending on their condition)
  • All cases of preterm, congenital, and other anomalies such as infection/sepsis or hyperbilirubinemia will be charged at the normal hospital rate.
  • CS will be charged at the discounted rate under Thalolam
  • Cross consultations
  • Thalolam has two additional premium packages: Plan II – private AC rooms with the free baby kit; Plan III - Private Deluxe rooms with the free premium baby kit.
  • Registrants of the Thalolam scheme can avail concessions for antenatal scanning and screening. However, all the scanning and screening tests must be done in Almas Hospital to avail this benefit.
  • Painless labour facility at a discounted price.
  • Nursing care at home
